Compliance

Quality built in. Compliance first.

We source and produce with social, safety and chemical expectations that EU, US and UK buyers actually audit — not slogans.

Frameworks

Standards buyers recognise

Social, chemical and quality frameworks coordinated for EU, US and UK programmes.

Ask about audits

BSCI

Social compliance aligned to European retailer codes of conduct.

SEDEX

Ethical supply-chain data for buyer onboarding and audits.

OEKO-TEX

Textile chemical safety coordinated for sensitive markets.

ISO 9001

Quality management focus across sampling and bulk.

WRAP

Responsible production practices for apparel manufacturing.

GOTS

Organic programmes available on request with certified mills.

Operating focus

How compliance shows up on programmes

01

Work, health and safety

Fire and structural safety practices aligned with industry norms, emergency preparedness, and worker welfare programmes. Freedom of association and wage compliance are treated as operating requirements — not marketing claims.

02

Quality management

AQL-based final inspection, measurement charts against approved samples, packing audits and a documented path for corrective action when a line drifts. Children’s programmes follow the stricter safety brief.

03

Chemical & material care

Chemical expectations coordinated with OEKO-TEX and buyer RSLs. Organic and preferential fibre programmes (including GOTS) can be scoped with certified mills when the brief requires it.

04

Buyer audit readiness

Social compliance frameworks (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP and related) are maintained so European, US and UK onboarding does not restart from zero for every new season.

Quality path

Inspection is built into the calendar

Inline checks protect dates. Final AQL gates shipment. Corrective action is documented when a line drifts.

04

Bulk production

Cut, sew and finish on allocated lines with capacity planning and weekly progress updates.

05

Inline AQL inspection

Inline checks at cutting, sewing and finishing catch issues while the line still runs.

06

Final inspection & ship

Pre-shipment measurement, packing and labelling checks, then coordinated export on the agreed date.
